you are wordy and I've seen some of your answers to questionnaires - you definitely try for the perfect answer. all the words make the perfect answer - see?
if you appear confident in your abilities, you won't need the perfect answer.
so keep your answers short & be confident.
Also - who DOESN'T try to give the perfect answer? that is a silly observation on his part.
I think he means he wants a better feel for the real Capstern and not the automatic answer Capstern.
