this really should be: if I let GM's pick the best guys 25 and under who've actually played in the majors, who do they take.

There's zero chance the first 2 picks are Justin and Andrew.

I'm willing to bet money it'd go Clayton & Stephen becuase one is proven to be one of the 2-3 best at what he does and the other has shown all the potential in the world to be special; just not for a duration of time *yet*.
