One notable omission from that Keith Law list: Matt Wieters.

Either notable because Law is wrong for leaving him off the list, or because he has really fallen from when he was drafted.

Or some 25 year-old players were eligible for the list, but he wasn't.

FTR, among catchers he was 3rd in runs, 5th in HRs, 8th in RBI, 6th in AVG, 7th in OBP(Santana walks a lot) and SLG, and 7th in OPS. I do think the O's were expecting more, but that he's defensively better than anticipated.
