ST is brainstormy: My brother turns 30 in a few months and we need to figure out what to do celebration-wise.

He's involved in the planning, so it won't be a surprise thing, but my brother has a large social circle and is a bit of a social whore (in a non-demeaning way). It's pretty standard that he'd get dinner and then drinks on his birthday. But this is 30, so we're trying to think of something to make it a bit more special. Like, maybe a nice dinner and swankier bar, but that doesn't seem enough. We're at a loss of how to make it special/memorable though
