I only read the beginning of it. Suffolk Downs will be competing for the Boston location, too.

I also read the Mohegans have bought (or are planning to buy) land in Palmer, just north of Mohegan Sun. That's a bit farther away from RI but if Foxboro and the Mashpee get casinos you'll have 2 close by in MA.
