On or about December 12, 2011, twelve (12) winners (individually, a �Winner: and collectively, the �Winners�) will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received throughout the Promotion. Drawing will be conducted by O, the Oprah Magazine, whose decisions are final. Odds of winning will depend upon the total number of eligible entries received. Prizes & Approximate Retail Value: Twelve (12) Winners will each receive a prize package consisting of: (i) items chosen by: Oprah, Gayle King, Suze Orman, Dr. Oz, Martha Beck, Peter Walsh, Cat Cora, Val Monroe and Adam Glassman listed in the 2011 O List Favorite Things Edition (pages: 85-97; ARV: $7,252); and (ii) $2,175 in cash, which Winners may use, if they so elect, to help defray any tax consequences they may incur in connection with their acceptance of the prizes.
