Wouldn't it be a grilled cheese *with* bacon?

Grilled cheese and bacon makes it seem like the bacon is as much a part as the cheese, in which case it should be "bacon and cheese." If the bacon is an embellishment, "cheese with bacon" seems to be a more fitting description.
