and I find it easier to win in IV for my style oif gameplay but there are times where it can be frustrating. One of the last times I played IV I had huge numbers of barbarians come at me relatively early on and it put me so far behind civilization wise that was not possible for me to win in any way.

I have loved the Civ games ever since the first one. I can always buy other games but Civ always becomes a fall back when I get bored with other ones.
