Though I think he was benched for a game as a disciplinary action.

He was reportedly hungover for the game against Indy. He was the only guy who didn't go with the dress code for the team bus for that game. Everyone else were in suits, he was in shorts and a t-shirt. He was said to be running his mouth about getting another coach (Harbaugh, this time) fired.
