I agree with your IM and thank you so much for saying it since you're really impartial and maybe people will actually think about what you're saying.

I could never say it because I am a part of the problem, obviously.
I do agree with what jim says 100% as well. the thing is, though, that I honestly feel as though sometimes I bring some positivity to the board, sometimes I feel like I add some whimsy, some moxie, whatever. and I think the board needs that, so I'm not leaving.
if anyone disagrees and wants me to go play with jim, let me know.
