if I posted like an asshole and anyone suspected I was hammered, I would hope they would email me. "is mandy this vitriolic usually? I know she's going through a time, but she doesn't let shit get to her usually (she just buys shoes). maybe I should email her to see if she knows that her inner meanness is showing through."
it's like not telling your friends that they shouldn't wear lycra miniskirts. yes, the truth can hurt. but I would rather be embarrassed in front of just marnie for ten minutes than have a room full of partygoers thinking about me "man, she should not be wearing that." you know?
