I agree with this. I miss my dog and so I have friends that own dogs who I will actually ask them to bring their dogs - jim gets the basement to

Herself (which is where she stays usually unless I'm home and upstairs anyway) so it works ok. She sniffs at me afterwards - but it doesn't happen a lot - so it's fine.
