There are lot of us who know a lot about WW who are happy to share information, or just be supported.

Unsolicited: My advice to anyone who starts WW (or any weight loss program) is to not worry about how much you have to lose...don't worry about goal weight. Set an initial goal (5% of weight or 10% of weight) and work on that. Take it in increments.
