maybe so. it shouldn't continue to be in this case, geithner is unacceptable if he can't follow the rules he acknowledges....

it's not some sort of passable indiscretion that geithner committed here like obama's crew is trying to pass it off as. he failed to follow the rules that the IMF set out that he acknowledged on paper while working for them, and then he failed to follow the NY Fed's code of conduct after that. Anyone who does that should not be placed in a position that watches over the agencies that in the past he failed to make the proper payment to.
