he failed to pay self employment taxes while working for the IMF though he had been informed of his obligation and signed paperwork to that effect...

he also accepted IMF reimbursement for soc sec + medicare taxes that he hadn't paid. This also violates the Fed Reserve of NY code of conduct that he operated under while he worked there.
Some of the taxes he paid in 2006 after an IRS audit. the rest he conveniently paid when he accepted the nomination. To date, he's given no real explanation for his lack of payment that I've seen.
