At my old job, they did the same thing sending out a Youtube link.

Youtube was blocked by our firewall. They wanted us to watch it when we got home.
Almost as good as the "suggestion" that we put a link to company positions on our personal Facebook pages even though it was also blocked and we had to do it from home.
