From the way the last three episodes have been edited, I don't think they did. While the presumption is that a villain is good for a cast, Heather's behavior was so far beyond the pale that the editing team seemed like they were attempting to humiliate her at every turn. There is a difference between a run of the mill reality show villain and this.
