I'm roasting the prime rib I won on Sunday - picked it up today - it's been seasoned & prepped for me (on rib/pre-cut/tied/but not sliced)

From what I've read I need to do the first 15 minites at 450 & then the rest at 325 - and have it at room temp for three hours before starting.
