Honestly, I'd go Marble first --- you need this every day. Crystal 2nd (you need crystal for the science), Sulphur 3rd.

Are you on delta.org or delta.com?
if it's .org...it's a relatively peaceful world and you will be hurrying to get an embassy to put yourself under the Slacker alliance.
if it's .com, you're going to want to hurry and do the same under ImpL.
