now ... don't forget to show yourself some love too ok? Yes - you had a screw up - but I can tell you (because of my job) it's a screw up so many people make ... but with much worse circumstances ... they've crashed and totalled cars or trucks or boats or atv's and injured themselves &/or others - and don't mistake me - I'm not making light of what you have gone through - just trying to give you perspective. Get yourself a wall calendar that you can mark off the days as you get through everything - putting a gold star on the date you'll be done. Call it your sobriety driving 2012 countdown ... (not that you'll ever do it again - just that you're counting down the days). I hope you can find a community service option that makes it easier for you - and gives you a sense of giving back meaningfully. I know that will help. Mostly just know this doesn't define you ... it was a mistake and a slip that a LOT of people make because they just don't realize how little it takes to be impaired. again ... {{{hugs}}} and Merry Christmas!
