The best is still MSE, but even that will fail due to user error. They need to be more aware of how to dismiss

random pop-ups and not following unknown links, etc.
Set them up with Chrome and a good pop-up blocker. Chrome throws up a big red warning page if the site they try to go to is known for hosting malware.
