God no. I got a nasty lawyer and was the following:

I paid 1000 and traded my audi to get her a car in her own name.

I kept the A6

She quit claimed off the house

I kept all the bills except her credit card. I gave 1500 towards that bill to give her some breathing credit just in case and forgave the repayment of the 1000 I put down on her place her and her friend rented.

She took Lily Mr Man and Izzy and I kept Chole, Chibi and Klepto

As of Oct 25 I owe her nothing. Ok well I owe her 300 bucks since she paid to have carpet put in my guest room so I could rent it out and money was too tight for me right then.

But no ongoing $ going either way.
