he is going from the 26th rated park for hits to the 2nd rated park for hits.

Those are direct stats based on hits at each park.

There is no reason to think that he can not add .20 to. 40 points to his average just by playing 81 games there instead of Oakland.

At 26, he is still young. I think he has a lot of upside, and I will bet he puts up career highs in all 3 categories this season, assuming he gets 500 AB which I think he will.
