Next time make it a paypal only/must pay now (ebay makes it hard not to use paypal)

but now you should email them. send an invoice via ebay, (go the item listing and there should be a link that says 'send buyer an invoice' or such.
If you get no replies then ebay has a 'contact' routine where you can get phone number.
if you don't hear from them in a week to 10 days then click Non Paying Buyer and they will send a 'stern warning' which means nothing really unless they have done it before. but you will be able to relist without paying the listing fee again.
