How does Ethan know he's going to Dubai the instant he gets into that train boxcar? How does the Secretary's mission file know about Cobalt identify if Ethan just drew the guy's face on his hand moments before the Secretary got shot in the head?

Honestly, that's the worst of it. The rest is pretty tame in terms of incredulous Mission: Impossible logic.
