there are two rocket launchers spawning instead of one

that may not be the exact way it happens, i'm not sure but I hate Halo cheaters

Anyways, to me that is an exploit - finding a end-run around the software

whereas something like smithing in Skyrim is precisely what the game allows and isn't an exploit (imo)
