I have no experience with kids, only with relatives. You are doing everything you are suppose to do.

Setting boundaries & keeping them is key & harder than it sounds.
Tell nobody anything about why he is leaving BYU.
Big hugs, sorry you are going through this. I suggest talking to a drug counselor. He won't change until he's ready to. No one knows when that will be.
