crab-artichoke dip.
Dinner--Shrimp Scampi (with 16-20 count shrimp, the big boys) and poached lobster tails with lemon butter. This was accompanied by a cauliflour gratin.
Dessert--raspberry sherbet and 2 pieces of Godiva dark chocolate with salted caramel centers.

Yes, Crash cooked it. He's about ready for Master Chef.
p.s. we're trying something different to toast in the new year, Proscecco instead of Champagne.
*no, of course not Beluga. It was the jar of black paddlefish "caviar" you can buy in upscale groceries.
