In response to "Did y'all do a resolution poll already?" by Subversive

I'm not doing any resolutions, exactly.

But I am using the website Health Month to try to make little healthy changes each month. I'm giving up caffeine/soda (again) by limiting myself to one soda per day for this month, drinking water and trying to get 10,000 steps at least 5 days out of the week.
