The ending is intentionally vague. You don't know exactly what happens to her.

We only see the two tapes, but are we sure that they are the only ones she ever received? I took the explicit scene of the borrowing the tapes to be demonstrative that some outside pop culture was leaking in but not the complete story.

It was hilarious.

These kids have been brought up this way their entire lives. They have no outside contact save those few visits we see. What is to motivate them to question their parents? Though there still is obviously some of that from the one daughter.

I don't think you're supposed to take the movie literally. It's more of a satire. Think of the home schooling movement in the US where parents do not want their children exposed to the outside world because they are trying to protect them. Take that to the extreme.
