may I suggest lab tenchnician technique?

leave something physical to tell yourself you did it. for instabnce, in the morning, after you give her the shot, you leave the bottle in place A. after you give the evening shot, you leave it in place B. if you aren't sure if you gave the evening one or not, just check to see where the bottle is.
this is standard in labs. human memory just is bad in these thigs.
