Thanks all. I feel sorta okay while on the antibiotics (or at least I have accepetd this as my norm) and with the last few rounds being 3 weeks each

... I really forget about what happens when they run out. Last time, within 24 hours I felt like I was gonna die. I mean, the closest to it I ever remember feeling. Fingers crossed this weekend will be different.
