"Dear Members,

Over the last several days someone has disposed of their used feminine care product in the towel bin instead of the trash bin. As you know, this can present a risk to the cleaning staff who need to remove the items. To properly dispose of your feminine care products, please use the trash bin in the locker room or one of the receptacles located in each of bathroom stalls. The bin beneath the towel rack is for soiled towels only."

(TFox suggests that just taping a sign on said towel bin likely would have solved the problem, but thank you for your lovely correspondance.)
