... still says she has a leak and that she has tried the food coloring in the toilet, has been watching for drips etc but her bills continue to rise. I called the water company and they said her bills have actually been going down for the last four months and are even less than they were one year ago. I called the renter and was told, "Well, that is odd." F-in renters.
