Agreed. Tebow seems to be a better presence in the locker room and seems to have his teammates behind him.

Sanchez is the opposite. His teammates are taking shots at him, his work ethic and his leadership.

Having your team believe in you and that you'll get it done and win in the end is a major factor. I guess I'd take Tebow over him but I wouldn't like it.

I want a good QB. I'm tied of these noodle arm guys. The Jets haven't had a real good QB in just about 20 years.
