I feel like sharing a nice thing that happened to my grandmother just before Christmas.

My grandmother is awesome. She is a super sweet 90 year old woman who still lives on her own and goes to church and has lunch with friends and all that good grandmother stuff. Well, a few weeks before Christmas she was out to breakfast (which is more like a cup of coffee, a bowl of grits and an egg) and when she asked for the check the waitress told her someone else had already paid for it. So my grandmother asked how much it was so she could leave a tip and the waitress told her that was covered too and then just wished my grandmother a nice day.

I know this isn't something rare or super awesome wonderful or anything, and that it does happen to other people sometimes, but I love my grandmother and I thought it was really nice of someone and it made me happy.
