So before we moved in here, the walls were painted a deep teal colour, which was kind of eye-searing. We're replacing baseboards this weekenda

and uncovered all the previous paint jobs - before the teal was a neutral beige - but before that was like a toothpaste colour, which must have been from the 50s or 60s. And must have been horrific to look at in a big room.
