trying to convince her that we, as a major tertiary academic hospital, can provide better care than some random independent doc that was referred by some relative. (The doc she wants to go to doesn't even know them, they never been to him before).
She literally has senior specialists from like 3 fields watching her care now.
The crappy part about pediatrics is that it comes with tons of social issues.
