I don't think there's a single baseball person who thinks Montero is a catcher. Well, given what they gave up, Seattle might still believe that. If Seattle is lucky he'll be able to play 1B, some think he'll only be a DH. And they didn't just get Pineda. They probably develop the other pitcher into a really good player as well.
