I would, but saying Oscar's lost it's mojo nominating animation isn't backed up by anything.

cuz there's no history of it nominating animation (other than B&tB).
If Snow White didn't get nominated, Cinderella, Lion King, Bambi etc etc....what basis are we to assume that (absent the animation category) that Wall-E, or Monsters or Nemo ever would in the first place? none.
