I was talking with Dawson about this and while it was unanimous, the reasonings varied.

So although everyone came to the same conclusion, they didn't all agree with each other on some of the underlying items. (example: not all of them thought it was a privacy issue; some thought it was a trespass issue but that the expectation of privacy did not apply)
Still, happy with the ruling
