My understanding (this happend when I was out of the country) is that basically all of the branches are now closed Mondays.

There seem to be some exceptions (see b's post above) but mostly they seem close.

There have apparently been protests and Monday p.m. hours will return in a couple of week. It seems this change happened suddenly and with little to no warning (thus books being due on a closed day)

The main branch, for example, has always been open 7 days (one of maybe 1 or 2 locations open 7 days) but they never make books due on Sunday since all the local branches are closed that day.
