private companies wanna drop millions, if not billions into space exploration, have at it.
you want a national dream; a national goal...how about a simple one that the government can actually try to pull off.
we won't act like fucking 7 year olds arguing over the sandbox.
you want a real national dream...an affordable non oil-based car. DARPA solves it, licences it to Ford/GM/Chrysler and fuck you Toyota.
But...private business won't like that. Beccase they don't need to have dreams either.
