We are at a point technologically where human expeditionary forces are not a base requirement for exploration, so manned space exploration for shits and giggles is never going to recapture the magic of JFK+Apollo. It is meaningless and wasteful as a campaign platform.

However, I can think of a few different ways *I'd* like to explore space, if I had the money.

Not all of them involve hookers. Or blackjack.
