Yeah, the 3 new board members 'can't possibly' (read 'don't want to') serve as recording secretary for the next year.

The remaining board members say 'no problem. Take the title of secretary and other members will take and publish the minutes in your name.'

Right.....and who do you suppose the 'other members' will be??

I'm sorely tempted to decline nomination back to the board in the fall......
