I'm not saying it's not worthy --- Reggie had 563 reasons he's in the HOF.

Larry had 380.
For a corner outfielder, they either want absurdly great (and sorry, 140+ isn't absurdly great given the company around him in baseball in 1993-2005) or a weight of accomplishments.
1 MVP award, 380 homers and no post-season legacy isn't it.
Coors just makes the argument easier.
