In response to "We discovered puff pastry. Do not look that up" by Epiphany

Know what's good - puff pastry cut in long strips - brush with egg wash - sprinkle with fresh ground pepper - cracked sea salt - & thinly shredded

Cheese - what ever you like - then twist them a couple turns as you put on a baking sheet - bake at 400 until puffed and golden - best bread cheese stix ever!
