You use both sheets of the puff pastry - roll one out - brush with egg - sprinkle stuff - then top it with the other sheet - also rolled out - so the stuff is sandwiched between - THEN cut into strips and stretch while twisting and lay on baking sheet.

Sorry - i realized after re-reading I wasn't totally clear there. :)

- As you twist them you will have it shift a bit & that's fine - it doesn't have to be sealed - you just sprinkle with shredded cheese - not a ton - - JenBro Jan 24, 20:21
