I'm able to get employee discount at the store's website, and shipping is free over $100. I favor not having my coworkers

know how I spend my money, so I placed two orders via the website for home delivery.
order #1: I ordered five items. two of item A, two of item B, one of item C. I received two of item C, two of item B, and none of item A. when I called to let them know, they were unapologetic, told me my replacement wouldn't arrive by christmas, and asked me to return the mis-shipped item to a store for exchange. that's crap, but whatever, maybe it's a one-time thing that they suck.
order #2: I ordered five items. four were very small (like $$10 pre-discount and coupon) and one was larger ($78 pre-discount). shipping was free over $100, and my total with coupons and discounts was $104. they emailed me three days later to let me know that the expensive item I'd purchased was actually out of stock and that they'd send the other items. please see your revised order below. they'd added shipping back on. dude. it's your error.
never again.
