The Cyrus clan at this point is Miley and her handlers. It's pretty clear Billy Ray lost that fight years ago.

she's a young person handed the world and didn't know how to handle it; see Lohan or Britney.

Nothing new here; and I doubt many people at this point are looking to her for inspiration.
